Customer Support
You will act as the first point of contact
for you customers. We encourage you to email reseller@skywebworks.com
with questions or concerns about your clients hosting account
or emails.
Customer Billing
You will be billed quarterly, once
ever three months for all domains and features listed on your
account. As a reseller, you can develop your own pricing
plans and options for your customers. You will also be responsible
for their billing as well, because they're your clients.
